6. Support the Team Manager in business development and contribute significantly to sales.
7. Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance selling skills and product knowledge among store staff.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

2. Strong style assessment and product recommendation abilities.
3. In-depth knowledge of the Ready-to-Wear category and competitive landscape.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
