6. Act as a role model and ambassador for the Ready-to-Wear category, demonstrating passion and knowledge of the competition.
7. Support the Team Manager in business development and contribute significantly to sales.
8. Ensure optimal display of the Ready-to-Wear category in collaboration with the Visual Merchandiser.
9. Serve as a reference point for Ready-to-Wear in the store, inspiring and sharing product passion with others.
10. Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance selling skills and product knowledge within the store.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

1. Exceptional client advisory skills with a focus on Ready-to-Wear fashion.
2. Strong style assessment and product recommendation abilities.
3. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion brands and products, particularly in Ready-to-Wear.
5. Proactive approach to business development and sales contribution.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
