7. Support the Team Manager in business development and contribute significantly to sales.
8. Ensure optimal visual merchandising of the Men's Ready-to-Wear category.
9. Partner with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance selling skills and product knowledge among team members.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
