1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for the sales results of the designated category.
2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while proactively recruiting new clients using various clienteling tools.
3. Provide expert advice and recommendations on the product category, aligning with clients' style preferences.
4. Support team members by offering detailed product information when needed.
5. Act as an ambassador and role model for the category, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
6. Lead clienteling efforts, focusing on developing local client relationships.
7. Contribute to business development and sales as a key team member.
8. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal category display.
9. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitors.
10. Partner with the Team Manager to provide feedback on product performance and market trends.
11. Serve as a reference point for the category, inspiring and sharing product passion with the team.
12. Collaborate with the Field Coach Trainer to enhance selling skills and product knowledge in the store.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury retail brand.
2. Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of the product category.
3. Professional attitude with a commercial mindset and willingness to take responsibility.
4. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

3. Agility and a strong sense of curiosity and empathy.
