2. Proactively recruit and engage clients, leveraging clienteling tools to build long-term relationships.
3. Provide expert advice on product categories, assessing client style and making tailored recommendations.
4. Support team members with clients requiring detailed product information.
5. Act as an ambassador for the watches and jewelry category, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
6. Develop and maintain client relationships, focusing on local clientele.
7. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal product display.
8. Provide feedback to the Team Manager on product performance and market trends.
9. Partner with the Retail Learning and Development Manager to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

1. GIA certification is preferable.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

1. Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of watches and jewelry.
2. Excellent styling skills and a strong sense of personal style.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
4. Commercial mindset with a willingness to take responsibility.
5. Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury watch and jewelry sector is required.
