- Manage the administrative and organizational tasks for the Finance Department, including scheduling, travel arrangements, budget management, and vendor relations.
- Oversee departmental attendance, leave schedules, and team events.
- Handle correspondence, prepare meeting minutes, and manage document archiving and office supplies.
- Welcome department visitors and manage inquiries based on stakeholder priorities.
- Organize departmental events such as meetings and seminars.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including access management and orientation planning.
- Collaborate on operational tasks such as audit summaries and fiscal reporting.
- Work closely with a counterpart supporting other financial divisions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistance, preferably within the luxury sector or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive with the ability to take initiative and propose solutions.
- Curious, reliable, and comfortable in a dynamic financial environment.
- High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
- Excellent service orientation and empathy.
- Proficiency in digital tools: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word (Power BI is a plus).
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years in executive assistance, ideally within a luxury brand or external consultancy.
