- Manage complex calendars for the SVP Talent and team, optimizing appointment and meeting schedules.
- Organize business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, adhering to budgetary and time constraints.
- Prepare and monitor expense reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Maintain document filing and archiving, ensuring confidentiality of information.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and courteous reception.
- Facilitate team communication by disseminating information and organizing meetings.
- Translate documents and communications between English and French.
- Participate in organizing team events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities, ensuring logistical coordination.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an international and demanding environment such as luxury or large corporations.
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook) and comfort with new technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a diplomatic and confidential approach.
- Familiarity with the luxury industry is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant.
