- Manage calendars, organize meetings, and schedule travel for the team.
- Monitor invoicing, manage departmental budget, and handle supplier follow-ups and accounting entries.
- Design and update PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports.
- Serve as the primary contact for messages, calls, and requests; filter and prioritize communications.
- Oversee complex files with diplomacy and discretion.
- Safeguard and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Prepare logistical arrangements for new employees, including phones, badges, and equipment.
- Welcome and guide new team members, imparting the Maison's codes and practices.
- Contribute to specific projects related to Compensation & Benefits based on interest and aptitude.
- Manage allocations for France, international subsidiaries, and Designers, ensuring eligibility and updating tools.
- Track balances, annual quotas, and loan terminations.
- Respond to beneficiaries and coordinate with payroll, Supply Chain, stores, warehouses, and HR.
- Handle CIEM medical assessments in France, identifying eligible individuals, managing enrollments, and tracking annual billing.
- Organized, meticulous, and solution-oriented.

- Excellent service orientation and empathy.
- Proficiency in digital tools.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
