1. Contribute to the implementation and operational management of internal and external events, including internal celebrations, demonstration workshops, and forums.
2. Coordinate and facilitate discovery sessions of craftsmanship, such as onboarding presentations and visits to workshops and stores.
3. Manage orders and requests for quotes from external service providers.
4. Participate in event reporting and budget tracking.
5. Conduct competitive intelligence research.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School, IEP, or pursuing a Master's in Project Management.
2. Previous experience in event management.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and InDesign.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently and demonstrate creativity.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
5. Bilingual in French and English.

Entry-level experience in event management is required.

Currently pursuing higher education in a relevant field.
