- Develop and implement the event strategy for the Benelux and Nordics region in alignment with central and zone guidance.
- Plan and execute events adhering to Louis Vuitton's standards, ensuring they drive ROI, brand desirability, and client loyalty.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance.
- Track and evaluate event expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Organize in-store and external events to support business priorities and enhance client retention and acquisition.
- Collaborate with store managers to create event calendars tailored to local clientele opportunities.
- Partner with Clienteling and Private Client Relations Managers for effective client targeting.
- Align with zone and central teams to ensure events reflect global company strategy.
- Analyze event results using KPIs and compile feedback reports for in-depth analysis.
- Coordinate internal communication and team management to ensure seamless event execution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a related field.
- Proven track record in event coordination.
- Strong aesthetic sense and creative skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a related field is required.
