1. Conduct comprehensive research on potential venues, vendors, and innovative event concepts.
2. Maintain event files, manage inventory effectively, and perform administrative tasks to support event operations.
3. Provide proactive on-site support during events, addressing challenges and ensuring seamless execution for the team and attendees.
4. Contribute to the creation of detailed global event recaps upon event completion, analyzing key performance indicators and outcomes.
5. Support logistical coordination, contribute to event planning processes, and participate in budget review to optimize resource allocation.

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
2. Legally authorized to work in the United States.

1. Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
2. Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
3. Prior experience in event coordination, particularly within a luxury brand or agency, is highly encouraged.

Beginner

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.

Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at $20/hour. Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour.
