1. Provide operational support to project managers in the logistical coordination of events, ensuring seamless communication between external vendors and internal teams from conception to execution.
2. Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders before, during, and after events to ensure smooth operations.
3. Monitor the various stages of event project execution, gaining familiarity with industry tools and methodologies.
