1. Provide operational support by assisting project managers in logistical coordination of events, ensuring seamless communication between external vendors and internal teams from conception to final execution.
2. Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders before, during, and after events to ensure smooth operations.
3. Monitor project progress by becoming familiar with event management tools and methodologies, observing the various stages of event execution.

1. Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally some knowledge of Adobe Suite tools.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Interns will participate in an integration day to assimilate the values of the Maison and will undergo two evaluations with their internship supervisor to assess skill acquisition.
