1. Assist the Events Manager in organizing client events and experiences across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
2. Collaborate with regional teams to define the event strategy and comprehensive calendar.
3. Ensure brand standards are upheld in all client-facing activities.
4. Coordinate event schedules, creation, and logistics, including warehouse material management.
5. Prepare monthly presentations summarizing events for executive teams.
6. Work closely with the global client relations team to align on guidelines and tools.
7. Engage with local suppliers and support event execution in France as needed.

1. Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
