- Support the organization of regional client events, including supplier coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Assist in preparing presentations for Head Office and stores prior to events.
- Monitor budgets, update tracking files, and manage the creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders.
- Assist in post-event reporting, including photo selection, guest attendance, and ROI analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and perform competitive benchmarking.
- Support the implementation of PR and media-related marketing activities to enhance Louis Vuitton’s visibility and awareness.
- Track, analyze, and report on press coverage and media clippings on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and Paris HQ for press days, product launches, trips, and events.
- Prepare and adapt PR materials by downloading assets from Central and tailoring them for local usage.
- Assist in photoshoot planning and logistics, including liaising with stylists and managing samples, deliveries, and returns.
- Support influencer relations, including product gifting and loans.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Internship agreement provided by the university is mandatory.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of another local language (Dutch, French, Polish, Nordics) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented and agile in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-driven, and a collaborative team player.
Beginner-level experience is required, with experience in retail or luxury being a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
