Louis Vuitton Events Advisor

- Collaborate in planning, coordinating, and executing PR, corporate, and international events.
- Manage logistics including staff coordination, orders, and supplier relations.
- Prepare and send event reports to Paris headquarters.
- Coordinate seasonal store openings and related activities.
- Support the management of event and PR agencies.
- Maintain relationships with event production companies and vendors.
- Assist in product presentations and product launch events.
- Contribute to budget planning and management under supervision.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling and documentation.
- Conduct research for event planning, including venue and vendor options.
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation and accommodation for events.
- Participate in post-event feedback collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Oversee logistics and inventory management for events.
- Graduated from a Business School or University with a degree in Marketing or Events Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Clienteling, PR, or Events, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Eligibility to formalize a 'contrato de prácticas' under Spanish labor law.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage agenda and priorities autonomously.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect easily with others.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Degree in Marketing or Events Management from a recognized institution.
