Louis Vuitton Event Assistant Intern

1. Assist the Hospitality team in organizing events related to brand promotion, including press experiences, VIP engagements, influencer and client events during sports events, fashion shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
2. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for event proposals and reports.
3. Conduct research to identify suitable vendors and venues.
4. Coordinate and manage operational logistics with production agencies, internal teams, and external vendors such as caterers, florists, and hotels.
5. Manage rooming lists for event participants.
6. Oversee administrative tasks and billing processes related to events.
7. Handle logistics including event stock management and coordination of shipments and returns of necessary items such as furniture, welcome packs, and tableware.
8. Organize and coordinate workspaces for internal teams and external vendors during off-site events.
9. Support the team in event coordination and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders before, during, and after events.
10. Ensure administrative follow-up of events.

1. Currently enrolled in a Communication, Business School, or equivalent university program.
2. Previous experience in event management is preferred.

1. Adaptability to change and emotional intelligence.
2. Strong communication skills and impeccable writing abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Fluency in English.

A foundational understanding of event management is required, with a preference for candidates who have prior exposure to the field.

Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Business, or a related field.

Interns will undergo two evaluations during the internship to assess skill acquisition and will participate in an integration day to understand the brand's values.
