Louis Vuitton Event and Clienteling Intern

- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of client events in stores and private client activities.
- Support the management of CRM processes and the implementation of clienteling initiatives to enhance sales in stores and client services.
- Contribute to the planning, preparation, and dispatch of direct mailings to clients.
- Compile and prepare monthly statistics and quarterly reports.
- Create customer segmentation and lists to support targeted action plans.
- Maintain the customer database and assist in the introduction of new CRM tools and features.
- Independently conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks, including travel planning and bookings, and preparation of presentations.
- Collaborate closely with other departments at the Head Office and stores, and assist in managing service providers.
- Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, (International) Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Initial experience in marketing, CRM, or retail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
- High level of commitment, flexibility, and result orientation.
- Analytical thinking, organizational talent, creativity, and attention to detail, with a refined sensitivity in interpersonal interactions.

At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
