1. Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment Manager and the medical service team to provide ergonomic advice for new product launches and workstation creation.
2. Lead the continuous improvement program for ergonomics on existing production lines, including monitoring pain alerts with nurses and managing health at work indicators.
3. Implement and monitor versatility matrices and establish new visual standards on production lines.
4. Conduct ergonomic studies of the most demanding workstations (VISSTA).
5. Undertake additional tasks as assigned, based on motivation and service projects.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program in Ergonomics, Sports Science, or Humanities.

1. Autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to lead and animate work groups.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Creativity and proactive problem-solving abilities.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in Ergonomics, Sports Science, or Humanities.
