1. Support the implementation and animation of the occupational health management system within the Atelier, aligned with the Maison’s health and safety policy.
2. Provide prevention guidance to production teams integrating physical, cognitive and organizational ergonomics across production lines, workstations and industrial tools.
3. Lead and coordinate improvement actions to enhance working conditions by analysing requests and identifying needs.
4. Contribute to defining technical and organisational solutions alongside project teams.
5. Analyse work activities to propose measures addressing collective and individual health-related situations.
6. Monitor and report occupational health indicators; ensure follow-up on actions and updates to stakeholders.

1. Enrolled in or preparing a Bac+4 / Bac+5 degree in Ergonomics (Master’s level) at the start of the apprenticeship.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work transversally across functions.
3. Autonomous, well organised and rigorous with strong analytical capabilities.
4. Creative, dynamic and proactive — able to propose practical ergonomic solutions.
5. Committed to environmental and corporate social responsibility objectives.

Entry-level — suitable for students or recent graduates; no prior professional experience required beyond academic training in ergonomics.

Enrolled in a Master’s-level programme in Ergonomics (Bac+4/5) or equivalent.
