1. Collaborate with the Human Resources department and the on-site nurse to support ergonomic initiatives for leatherworkers.
2. Advise on ergonomic aspects during the industrialization and launch of new products, focusing on technical, individual, and organizational elements.
3. Conduct ergonomic analyses and lead the development and implementation of action plans.
4. Contribute to the design of technical and organizational solutions in collaboration with teams.
5. Assist in managing health alerts and updating the health plan, including the creation of versatility matrices and team rotation measurements.
6. Participate in the site's Health Steering Committee.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Ergonomics, Sports Science, or Humanities.
