1. Participate in promoting workplace health and safety by integrating physical, cognitive, and organizational ergonomics into production lines and work situations.
2. Monitor the implementation of versatility matrices.
3. Conduct ergonomic studies of various positions on production lines.
4. Contribute to defining technical and organizational solutions with project teams.
5. Perform job analyses.
6. Monitor pain alerts in collaboration with the site nurse.
7. Organize and oversee pre-shift warm-up sessions, including training facilitators and ensuring smooth execution.
8. Track and report on workplace health indicators in collaboration with the nurse and HSE Manager.
9. Undertake additional tasks as assigned based on motivation and departmental projects.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Ergonomics (Bachelor's level).
2. Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
