1. Develop and implement reuse and circularity initiatives for materials.
2. Reduce single-use plastics at the workshop through supplier engagement and testing new solutions.
3. Minimize waste by promoting eco-friendly packaging and reducing consumable usage.
4. Lead a zero-waste project for a finished product.
5. Monitor and report on sustainability performance indicators.
6. Enhance product cutting efficiency and explore reuse of offcuts.
7. Communicate sustainability initiatives to raise awareness among staff.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Curiosity and adaptability.
4. Commitment to environmental sustainability.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
