1. Develop reuse channels and circularity approaches for materials.
2. Reduce single-use plastic usage in the workshop through supplier research, testing, and deployment.
3. Minimize waste in the workshop by promoting eco-friendly packaging and reducing consumable usage.
4. Lead a zero-waste project for a finished product.
5. Monitor sustainability performance indicators and manage a dashboard for communication and engagement.
6. Optimize product cutting processes and explore reuse solutions for offcuts.
7. Communicate sustainability initiatives within the workshop to raise awareness among colleagues.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Recommended proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
3. Curiosity and agility.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability goals.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.
