1. Update and manage visual ergonomics on-site.
2. Observe workstations and propose ergonomic solutions.
3. Develop tools to promote ergonomic practices.
4. Implement ergonomic best practices to reduce job strain.
5. Design and deliver ergonomic awareness and training programs.
6. Create tools for stretching and muscle awakening awareness.
7. Propose and implement an ORP (Order, Cleanliness, Tidiness) approach and management tools.
8. Monitor construction sites during the establishment of new warehouses.
9. Create and deploy the documentation system, including writing procedures and operational modes.
10. Raise awareness, train, and lead environmental safety initiatives among employees.
11. Conduct operational checks and draft corresponding reports.

1. Enrollment in a BAC+5 level program specializing in safety and environment.
2. Interest or specialization in ergonomics, health, safety, and work, or initial experience in the field.
