- Lead and manage the SAP Distribution system to ensure successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Develop and execute project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, considering dependencies of other projects around distribution.
- Oversee the analysis and customization of enhancements to meet business needs, in discussion with HQ.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor system performance with the Application Maintenance Support team, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of SAP processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD/MM implementation and support, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD and MM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English at a business level for reading, writing, and speaking.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD/MM implementation and support, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
