1. Lead and manage the SAP Distribution system to ensure successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
3. Develop and execute project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, considering dependencies with other distribution projects.
4. Oversee analysis and discussions with headquarters for design and customization enhancements to meet business needs.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
6. Monitor system performance with the Application Maintenance Support team, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Conduct regular reviews and audits of SAP processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD/MM implementation and support, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
3. Strong understanding of SAP SD and MM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
4. Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
5. SAP certification in SD and/or MM modules is highly desirable.
6. Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO) and experience with S/4HANA and/or SAP Business Technology Platform is a plus.
7. Business level proficiency in Japanese and English for speaking, writing, and presentation.
8. Experience in the retail industry, particularly in supporting omni-channel schemes, is a plus.
