1. Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SD/MM within the North Asia region, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal utilization of SAP functionalities.
2. Govern and maintain the Omnichannel Distribution Core Model for North Asia, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional business requirements.
3. Lead and manage regional IT projects, including SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring timely and quality delivery within budget.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement SAP solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
5. Provide technical expertise in SAP SD/MM, including configuration, customization, and integration with systems.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Retail, and E-Retail, to understand their needs and deliver effective IT solutions.
7. Ensure SAP solutions comply with relevant industry regulations and internal compliance policies.
8. Develop and deliver training programs for SAP users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
9. Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance the SAP landscape and drive innovation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SD/MM, with a strong understanding of omnichannel, supply chain, and logistics processes.
3. Experience working in the retail/fashion or luxury goods industry is required.
4. Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale regional SAP projects is highly desirable.
5. Experience with SAP HANA is desirable.
6. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean is a plus.
