1. Serve as the intermediary between HR teams, payroll service providers, and local tax authorities across various countries.
2. Provide support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and needs.
3. Coordinate and manage the collection of payroll data from each country, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
4. Ensure compliance of payroll providers with local laws and regulations, and collaborate to resolve any issues.
5. Stay informed on labor, tax, and social security laws, with a focus on Spanish legislation.
6. Act as the primary contact for payroll-related issues between company staff and external providers.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement payroll process improvements.
8. Ensure adherence to payment deadlines and provide detailed payroll reports to management.

1. University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management with a strong understanding of labor and tax regulations.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
2. Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with internal teams and external providers.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
4. Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
5. Proficiency in payroll management tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Advanced level of English.

Minimum of 3 years managing payroll, with expertise in labor and tax regulations.

University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields.
