- Oversee the performance of the EMEA Service Desk, ensuring both quantitative and qualitative excellence.
- Coordinate assistance and support chains with technical and functional teams, facilitating smooth incident and request management.
- Manage major incident resolution and user communication across the EMEA region, ensuring user satisfaction measurement.
- Implement action plans for recurring incidents to enhance service performance.
- Ensure new technical or application scopes are adequately supported by the support chain.
- Coordinate security escalations and remediation follow-ups in collaboration with EMEA CISOs.
- Manage the evolution of ticketing tools and liaise with support actors, editors, and central teams.
- Lead the deployment of new ITSM tool functionalities.
- Conduct technological watch activities, workshops, and needs assessments for new tool implementation.
- Monitor IT solution deployment projects, ensuring support procedures are established and maintained.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a specialization in major support domains such as workstation, iOS, networks, and systems.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical expertise in workstation management within complex application environments.
- Proficiency in ITSM and ITIL tools and infrastructure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships with application and technical teams.
- Service-oriented mindset with autonomy and agility.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- ITIL certification and knowledge of Service Now are advantageous.
Minimum of 7 years in a similar role, with a strong technical background in workstation management and ITSM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
