Louis Vuitton EMEA Omnichannel Business Project Manager

- Analyze the digital customer journey from add-to-cart to payment to identify friction points and optimization levers.
- Identify market-specific services considering customer expectations, local constraints, and profitability challenges.
- Structure and prioritize functional roadmaps in alignment with the global omnichannel strategy.
- Collaborate closely with tech, product, and business teams to frame, prioritize, and deploy enhancements.
- Monitor feature deployments, measure their impact on business KPIs, and benchmark performance.
- Consolidate and present PI Planning requests, arbitrations, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead testing phases and large-scale deployment of new features such as enhanced gifting experiences, personalization, and last-mile improvements.
- Identify innovative growth and cost-saving levers.
- Lead the Voice of Client strategy for EMEA, consolidating feedback to guide experience improvements.
- Facilitate action plans from client feedback and oversee their implementation.
- Support the adoption and use of tools across markets.
- Assist in launching new e-commerce markets, including business case definition and go-live preparation.
- Ensure localization of services and content meets regional expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor an intern, fostering their autonomy, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce/omnichannel project management.
- Strong business, digital, and customer culture with a penchant for innovation and user experience optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform data into strategic and operational recommendations.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, capable of simplifying technical topics for non-expert audiences.
- Expert in PowerPoint, able to create clear, structured, and impactful presentations.
- Autonomous, organized, comfortable managing multiple projects in cross-functional and international environments.
- Proficient in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Proficient in analytical tools: ContentSquare, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Excel.
