1. Oversee e-commerce transactions across various markets to optimize the purchase funnel with the aim of maximizing conversion rates at checkout by country and region.
2. Challenge acceptance rates at both country and regional levels.
3. Explore local opportunities for optimization.
4. Contribute to risk and fraud activities, providing management with regular reports, root cause analyses, and action plans.
5. Develop new opportunities with countries to optimize and expand payment methods.
6. Maintain strong partnerships with Finance, Customer Service Center, and e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel approach.
7. Analyze trends and performance indicators by country and region, proposing continuous improvement strategies.
8. Assist in implementing new processes and solutions for EMEA customer service back office teams.

1. Master's degree or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in secure transactions, accounting, finance, risk management, or audits.

1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
3. Customer-oriented solutions approach.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment management systems such as Cybersource/Riskfield and Google Analytics.

A minimum of 4 to 8 years in payment and fraud management.

Master's degree or equivalent.
