Louis Vuitton Editorial and Gifting Project Assistant Intern

- Support the Director and Editorial Managers in developing and producing editorial and communication tools for Louis Vuitton, including agendas, greeting cards, brochures, invitations, press gifts, VIC assets, exhibition and foundation assets, food and beverage supports, and product leaflets.
- Assist Project Managers in tracking and coordinating project stages from briefing to delivery, including production processes.
- Participate in creative exchanges and information gathering during briefings.
- Contribute to material sourcing, sample requests, and prototype launches.
- Monitor retouching, photogravure, layout, translations, and proofreading.
- Aid in supervising production and conduct visits to printers for press checks.
- Manage budgets, financial tracking, and logistics.
- Independently develop Maison paper supports.
- Organize shoots for archiving and contribute to enriching the Maison's heritage.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as courier services and shipments.
- Collaborate with various departments including Marketing, Artistic Direction, Art Buying, Private Client Relations, Events, and Food & Beverage.
- Enrollment in a Business School, Edition/Packaging Program, Graphic Arts & Communication School, or University at M2 level.
- Ideally, previous experience in similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to rigor.
- Practical sense with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Curiosity and an appreciation for aesthetics.
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in writing and proofreading content.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in similar functions, demonstrating a beginner's level of expertise.
Enrollment in relevant higher education programs such as Business School, Edition/Packaging, Graphic Arts & Communication, or University at M2 level.
