1. Oversee the economic performance of the Malletier competency cluster, collaborating closely with various functions and sites, including Rigide and headquarters.
2. Manage time, costs, and efficiency indicators with a focus on the cost of innovation.
3. Monitor segment margins and implement analysis tools to secure margins.
4. Lead cost optimization action plans and support nomenclature and time standardization projects.
5. Validate multi-site and multi-segment pricing sheets for rigid products in collaboration with technical teams.
6. Animate industrial performance and continuous improvement communities for rigid products.
7. Steer product projects to share best manufacturing practices across sites.
8. Implement key operational indicators for budgetary and action plan monitoring.
9. Participate in budget processes, ensuring data reliability and updates.
10. Drive economic support for subcontractors, including price sheet validation and supplier tariff coordination.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering or a master's degree (engineering/technical profile).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement within an industrial environment.
3. Experience as a team leader is advantageous.
