Louis Vuitton Economic Performance Manager

- Oversee the economic performance of the Malletier competency cluster, collaborating closely with various functions and sites, including Rigide and headquarters.
- Manage time, costs, and efficiency indicators with a focus on the cost of innovation.
- Monitor segment margins and implement analysis tools to secure margins.
- Lead cost optimization action plans and support nomenclature and time standardization projects.
- Validate multi-site and multi-segment pricing sheets for rigid products in collaboration with technical teams.
- Animate industrial performance and continuous improvement communities for rigid products.
- Steer product projects to share best manufacturing practices across sites.
- Implement key operational indicators for budgetary and action plan monitoring.
- Participate in budget processes, ensuring data reliability and updates.
- Drive economic support for subcontractors, including price sheet validation and supplier tariff coordination.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering or a master's degree (engineering/technical profile).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement within an industrial environment.
- Experience as a team leader is advantageous.
- Autonomy and initiative-taking.
- Adaptability and change management skills.
- Rigorous, reliable, and organized.
- Proficiency in Excel and information systems.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement within an industrial setting is required. Experience in a leadership role is considered an asset.
Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering or a master's degree.
