- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies for France and Monaco, enhancing local customer recruitment and growth.
- Define and execute digital and omnichannel strategies, reporting to the Head of Omnichannel Operations for France and Monaco.
- Collaborate with various teams including Merchandising, Clienteling, and Digital EMEA to drive E-Retail sales and store traffic.
- Adapt and deploy CRM marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Email, App Notifications, and future platforms like WhatsApp and SMS.
- Optimize SEO through category pages and keyword enhancements.
- Coordinate SEM acquisition with digital media agencies, focusing on objectives and budget management.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and business reviews for e-retail performance.
- Enhance omnichannel customer experience by analyzing feedback and improving service touchpoints.
- Maintain website and app quality, ensuring product availability and timely updates.
- Coordinate French translations of content and participate in A/B testing projects to improve user experience.
- Degree in e-commerce or digital marketing preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury and e-commerce sectors.
- Understanding of the French digital market and e-commerce landscape.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and project management.
- Agility and strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
- Organizational and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and PowerBI.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
Bachelor's degree in e-commerce or digital marketing preferred.
