- Manage and execute E-Retail daily operations, including e-merchandising, strategic planning, and operational support to ensure optimal eCommerce and omnichannel performance.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives across Performance Marketing and CRM to enhance online presence and support both digital and in-store sales.
- Drive initiatives to achieve annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with departments and EMEA HQ to align digital strategies with broader business objectives.
- Manage SEO and Paid Search budgets, guiding agencies to maximize eCommerce ROI and optimize traffic and conversion metrics.
- Analyze user experience to identify friction points and propose key website evolutions.
- Oversee timely online content publication and enhance local visibility through digital channels.
- Analyze digital performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor competitive landscape, sharing innovations and best practices.
- Oversee local CRM initiatives and coordinate Clienteling activities to develop top clients.
- Propose, implement, and track new client services to enhance satisfaction.
- Act as a Digital Ambassador, supporting stores with omnichannel orders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing/E-Commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of eCommerce KPIs, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and PowerBI is advantageous.
- Client-centric mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, results-driven.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
A minimum of 5 years in the Digital Marketing or E-Commerce field is required.
