1. Provide day-to-day support for website management and e-merchandising activities, including platform hygiene checks across the digital funnel and multiple devices.
2. Support content contribution onto the .COM and App environments.
3. Assist in e-merchandising activities, including product ranking, selection, and overall website optimization.
4. Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes within the UAT environment by executing predefined test cases and test scripts.
5. Collaborate with UAT testers from other departments, the IS team, and project managers.
6. Assist in setting up and maintaining the UAT environment, ensuring test data is available.
7. Identify, document, and report bugs, defects, and other issues discovered during testing.
8. Collaborate with the Development and Information Systems teams to understand and verify defect resolutions.
9. Update issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira) to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
10. Assist in preparing UAT sign-off reports and documentation for release readiness.

1. Digital e-commerce background with experience in project management or digital/retail operations, or experience in omnichannel projects.
2. Organized and reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Attention to detail and a collaborative working style.
4. Excellent command of computer skills.
