1. Support the testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the UAT environment by following predefined test cases and scripts.
2. Collaborate closely with UAT testers from various departments, the IS team, and project managers.
3. Assist in setting up and maintaining the UAT environment, ensuring the availability of test data.
4. Identify, document, and report bugs, defects, or issues found during testing, updating JIRA for accurate and timely reporting.
5. Collaborate with development and IS teams to verify defect resolutions.
6. Create and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
7. Prepare UAT sign-off reports and documentation for release readiness.
8. Provide day-to-day support on web mastering and e-merchandising activities, performing platform hygiene checks across the digital funnel and multiple devices.
9. Optimize e-merchandising through product ranking, selection, and overall enhancement across websites.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship from July to December 2025.

1. Background in digital e-commerce with experience in project management or digital/retail operations.
2. Experience in omnichannel projects.
3. Strong organizational and reliability skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Meticulous attention to detail.
6. Collaborative working style and team-player mentality.
7. Proficiency in computer skills.

Beginner level experience in digital e-commerce, project management, or digital/retail operations.
