- Optimize the product catalog and assortment for assigned categories across digital platforms.
- Manage and coordinate the e-merchandising process from product creation to online publication, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Ensure product information accuracy and oversee the launch of new collections and online category animation.
- Coordinate with central teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Communication, and local teams to create and distribute assets.
- Enhance product and category presentation through visual merchandising and offer segmentation.
- Develop cross-selling strategies by promoting a holistic approach to product presentation.
- Support regional teams in implementing e-merchandising strategies.
- Analyze customer journey performance and business metrics to align with global merchandising objectives.
- Create and consolidate sales and visit reports to guide e-merchandising actions and improve online navigation.
- Propose and test new approaches to support the global strategy for key events.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis.
- Contribute to the management of functional evolutions for responsible categories.
- Partner with local e-commerce teams to set and challenge objectives, supporting them with global or local initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent.
- Minimum experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce project management.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills for managing multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluency in both English and French.
Entry-level experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce project management is required.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
