1. Support the deployment of the company's social and societal commitments, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
2. Consolidate and analyze data from various EMEA countries to measure key performance indicators.
3. Participate in the organization and follow-up of social impact actions, training, and awareness programs.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of projects, including partnerships with associations and initiatives for the employment of individuals with disabilities.

1. Enrolled in a business school or university with a specialization in Social Responsibility and Diversity & Inclusion.
2. Previous experience in CSR is preferred.

1. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach.
3. Creative and proactive in suggesting improvements.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluent in English.

Beginner-level experience in corporate social responsibility or related fields.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, social responsibility, or a related field.
