1. Coordinate distribution processes in collaboration with Merchandising, Logistics, Repair Centers, and HQ Supply Chain for existing and upcoming collections.
2. Monitor order fulfillment to maximize sales and provide visibility to Retail stores and Merchandising.
3. Manage the end-to-end supply chain for High Jewelry and Watches events, ensuring seamless execution.
4. Continuously monitor sales performance to proactively optimize stock levels, including rebalancing and overstock management.
5. Develop and execute strategies to minimize long-tail inventory in partnership with relevant teams.
6. Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times across the supply chain.
7. Design, develop, and maintain tools, dashboards, and KPIs to support daily operations and drive informed decision-making.
8. Leverage tools/databases like Power BI, SQL, and other programming languages for continuous improvement.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, programming, supply chain, and distribution.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
3. Strong working knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative team player.
5. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
6. Experience in other languages and affinity for the Watches & Jewelry industry is a plus.

Salary range: USD $110,000 to $120,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
