Louis Vuitton Distribution Planning Manager - Watches & Jewelry

- Coordinate distribution processes in collaboration with Merchandising, Logistics, Repair Centers, and HQ Supply Chain for existing and upcoming collections.
- Monitor order fulfillment to maximize sales and provide visibility to Retail stores and Merchandising.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain for High Jewelry and Watches events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Continuously monitor sales performance to proactively optimize stock levels, including rebalancing and overstock management.
- Develop and execute strategies to minimize long-tail inventory in partnership with relevant teams.
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times across the supply chain.
- Design, develop, and maintain tools, dashboards, and KPIs to support daily operations and drive informed decision-making.
- Leverage tools/databases like Power BI, SQL, and other programming languages for continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, programming, supply chain, and distribution.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in other languages and affinity for the Watches & Jewelry industry is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, programming, supply chain, and distribution.
Salary range: USD $110,000 to $120,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
