1. Define stock targets for stores, ensuring alignment with sales potential and current stock situations.
2. Secure seamless store replenishment and update distribution parameters as necessary.
3. Anticipate seasonal peaks and prepare stock accordingly.
4. Provide visibility to Merchandising and Retail teams for new product launches.
5. Set up distribution for new store openings and organize stock support for renovations and events.
6. Optimize stock levels across the network, ensuring stock value growth is slower than sales growth.
7. Ensure timely stock rebalancing and manage out-of-offer products.
8. Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as overstock and availability to mitigate obsolescence risks.
9. Maintain product status in the Order Management System and fulfill client orders through stock support and rebalancing.
10. Communicate closely with stores to provide visibility on order fulfillment and monitor rejection and conversion rates.
11. Collaborate with Logistics, Merchandising, Retail, and Central teams to align on inventory and supply chain strategies.
12. Participate in global supply chain projects, representing Japan's interests and challenging the status quo to enhance efficiency.
13. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track supply chain metrics and analyze datasets for insights.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or retail fulfillment operations.
2. Fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
3. Experience with Power BI or equivalent programming skills (VBA, SQL) is advantageous.
4. SAP experience is beneficial.
5. Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure.
6. Client-centric approach with a commercial mindset.
7. Attention to detail and critical thinking.
8. Team player with adaptability and openness to new ideas.
