Louis Vuitton Distribution Planner

- Define stock targets for stores, ensuring alignment with potential and stock situations.
- Ensure smooth replenishment of stores and update distribution parameters as needed.
- Anticipate seasonality peaks and build stock accordingly.
- Provide visibility to Merchandising and Retail teams for new product launches.
- Set up distribution for new stores and organize stock support for openings, renovations, and events.
- Optimize stock levels and ensure stock value increases less quickly than sales.
- Ensure timely rebalancing of overstock and out-of-offer products.
- Maintain product status in the Order Management System and fulfill client orders through stock support.
- Work closely with Logistics/Warehouse, Merchandising, Retail, and Central teams to ensure alignment.
- Participate in global supply chain projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prior experience in Supply Chain Management and/or retail fulfillment operations.
- Fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or equivalent.
- Programming skills in VBA, SQL, and experience with SAP is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure.
- Client-centric approach and commercial mindset.
- Attention to detail with a critical thinking mindset.
- Team player with adaptability and openness to new ideas.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
