1. Define stock targets for stores, ensuring alignment with potential and stock situations.
2. Ensure smooth replenishment of stores and update distribution parameters as needed.
3. Anticipate seasonality peaks and build stock accordingly.
4. Provide visibility to Merchandising and Retail teams for new product launches.
5. Set up distribution for new stores and organize stock support for openings, renovations, and events.
6. Optimize stock levels and ensure stock value increases less quickly than sales.
7. Ensure timely rebalancing of overstock and out-of-offer products.
8. Maintain product status in the Order Management System and fulfill client orders through stock support.
9. Work closely with Logistics/Warehouse, Merchandising, Retail, and Central teams to ensure alignment.
10. Participate in global supply chain projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Prior experience in Supply Chain Management and/or retail fulfillment operations.
2. Fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or equivalent.
3. Programming skills in VBA, SQL, and experience with SAP is a plus.
4. Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure.
5. Client-centric approach and commercial mindset.
6. Attention to detail with a critical thinking mindset.
7. Team player with adaptability and openness to new ideas.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
