The brand is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Planner to enhance its operations in Tokyo, Japan.

1. Define stock targets for stores and ensure alignment with potential and stock situations.
2. Ensure smooth replenishment of stores and update distribution parameters as needed.
3. Anticipate seasonality peaks and build stock accordingly.
4. Provide visibility to Merchandising and Retail teams for business strategy at product launches.
5. Set up distribution for new stores and organize stock support for openings and events.
6. Optimize stock levels and ensure stock value increases less quickly than sales.
7. Ensure timely rebalancing of overstock and out-of-offer products.
8. Maintain product status in the Order Management System and fulfill client orders.
9. Collaborate with Logistics, Merchandising, Retail, and Central teams for alignment on strategies.
10. Participate in global supply chain projects, representing Japan's interests.
11. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and supply chain metrics.

1. Prior experience in Supply Chain Management or retail fulfillment operations.
2. Fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or equivalent.
3. Programming skills in VBA, SQL, and experience with SAP is a plus.
4. Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure.

6. Attention to detail with a critical thinking mindset.
7. Team player with adaptability to new ideas and ways of working.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or retail fulfillment operations is required.
