3. Validate store-specific stock requests for client needs and events.
4. Conduct regular inventory clean-up of end-of-season and obsolete products.
5. Collaborate with other categories to analyze retail performance metrics.
6. Provide stock status updates and distribution plan visibility.
7. Share performance and sell-through reports with relevant stakeholders.
8. Implement pre-ordering strategies for new collections in Ready-to-Wear and Shoes.
9. Support retail teams with orderability issues and product availability inquiries.
10. Coordinate product sourcing for eCommerce and non-system orderable areas.
11. Monitor Omni Channel performance and address client service anomalies.
12. Serve as the key user for system-related issues and optimizations.
13. Guide team members in using the Ordering Management System (OMS).

1. Prior experience in Supply Chain and Distribution.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel.

1. Competency in Inventory Planning.
2. Knowledge in Logistics and customs.
3. Quantitative analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in Power BI, VBA, SQL, and SAP is advantageous.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple requests.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
