- Serve as key user for system-related issues, troubleshooting, and optimizations.
- Guide team members in using the Ordering Management System (OMS).
- Prior experience in Supply Chain and Distribution.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Competency in Inventory Planning.
- Knowledge in Logistics and customs.
- Power BI knowledge and programming skills (VBA, SQL).
- SAP experience.
- Quantitative analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple requests.
- Initiative in managing milestones and deadlines.
Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
