- Ensure optimal distribution of stock between sites and hubs, adjusting stock levels to meet customer demands.
- Monitor supplier capacity in real-time and identify necessary adjustments to production.
- Collaborate with site procurement teams to anticipate material shortages and ensure continuous supply.
- Work closely with production teams to prevent disruptions and maintain uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
- Oversee stock quality, ensuring stored materials meet production standards and site expectations.
- Implement corrective actions in case of non-conformity.
- Provide regular support to sites to optimize MIMO management and ensure material availability without excess stock.
- Actively participate in stock rationalization to align levels with operational needs.
- Minimum of a Bac+2 level education.
- At least 3 years of solid experience in an industrial environment focused on supply chain or operational logistics.
- Strong proficiency in information systems: SAP, Excel, Power BI.
- Ability to analyze stock needs and adjust based on fluctuations and priorities.
- Capability to anticipate and organize material flows to ensure production continuity.
