Louis Vuitton Distribution Manager

- Oversee the daily delivery of materials from hubs to 40 client sites to ensure production plans are met and stock levels are controlled.
- Supervise the operational distribution activities to achieve target service and reliability rates.
- Provide distribution plan visibility to sites and challenge their needs.
- Collaborate with transport teams to execute the distribution plan.
- Manage site disruptions by prioritizing and optimizing stock allocation and implementing solutions to maintain site operations.
- Continuously improve distribution tools and processes.
- Manage sales administration and client disputes.
- Control global stock levels across sites to align with targets.
- Oversee reverse supply chain of materials from sites to hubs.
- Minimize material waste and obsolescence on sites.
- Lead a team of 10 distribution planners and 4 sales administration officers.
- Develop professional skills to achieve operational excellence.
- Implement client-oriented distribution processes in terms of results and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business School, or University equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, knowledge of WMS is appreciated.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Technical understanding of supply chain aspects.
A minimum of 10 years in industrial supply chain management is required.
