1. Oversee the daily delivery of materials from hubs to 40 client sites to ensure production plans are met and stock levels are controlled.
2. Supervise the operational distribution activities to achieve target service and reliability rates.
3. Provide distribution plan visibility to sites and challenge their needs.
4. Collaborate with transport teams to execute the distribution plan.
5. Manage site disruptions by prioritizing and optimizing stock allocation and implementing solutions to maintain site operations.
6. Continuously improve distribution tools and processes.
7. Manage sales administration and client disputes.
8. Control global stock levels across sites to align with targets.
9. Oversee reverse supply chain of materials from sites to hubs.
10. Minimize material waste and obsolescence on sites.
11. Lead a team of 10 distribution planners and 4 sales administration officers.
12. Develop professional skills to achieve operational excellence.
13. Implement client-oriented distribution processes in terms of results and communication.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business School, or University equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial supply chain management.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, knowledge of WMS is appreciated.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Continuous improvement mindset.
5. Technical understanding of supply chain aspects.

A minimum of 10 years in industrial supply chain management is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business School, or University equivalent.
