- Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with strategic business objectives to enhance in-store customer experience and support business growth.
- Lead the creation of dedicated pathways for retail projects including customer experience, sales ceremonies, services, clienteling, onboarding, and coaching.
- Integrate innovative pedagogical methods to maximize training impact in a demanding retail environment.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify needs and adjust training content accordingly.
- Support and coordinate teams in implementing global learning projects while supporting local initiatives.
- Co-create tools with regional teams to cater to diverse cultural and business needs.
- Manage partnerships with external providers to ensure quality training solutions.
- Oversee the global deployment of programs ensuring consistency and quality across regions and functions.
- Mentor and guide a team of Learning Managers.
- Measure training impact through key indicators and feedback to continuously optimize programs.
- Stay informed on learning trends and best practices to maintain an innovative and relevant training offering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in the retail sector is essential.
- Deep understanding of pedagogical methods and competency development strategies.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to unite, inspire, and engage teams.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools and online training technologies.
Minimum 10 years of experience in training and development, with a managerial focus, particularly in the retail sector.
