1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in the Retail sector, particularly in luxury.
3. Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams in complex, international environments.

3. Ability to lead retail teams and drive change.
4. Fluency in English and French.

A minimum of 15 years in retail, with substantial experience in team management and development within complex and international settings.
